Concerto della Royal Air Force Salon Orchestra

Giovedì 10 ottobre alle ore 15.00,  presso la nostra scuola di Via Roversella, i nostri studenti e gli studenti tailandesi che la scuola sta ospitando in queste settimane, avranno la possibilità di assistere a un concerto della Royal Air Force Salon Orchestra, formata da 7 elementi e che interpreterà arie dal repertorio pop e musica da film.

Thursday 10th October at 3.00 pm, at our school in Via Roversella, our students and the thailandese students that our school is hosting, will have the opportunity to attend a concert of the Royal Air Force Salon Orchestra, made up of 7 elements and which will perform pop tunes and film themes.

Giovedì 24 ottobre alle ore 16:45,  presso la mensa della scuola, si svolgerà l’Assemblea Generale di inizio anno della Scuola dell’Infanzia e a seguire, le insegnanti vi accoglieranno nelle rispettive sezioni per illustrarvi la programmazione e il nuovo progetto educativo.

Fridays For Future

Il movimento Fridays For Future ha promosso dal 20 al 27 settembre 2019 una settimana di iniziative e azioni di sensibilizzazione della popolazione mondiale sul tema dei cambiamenti climatici.  

Allo Smiling le terze, quarte e quinte della scuola primaria e la scuola secondaria saranno impegnati a preparare una manifestazione pacifica che si svolgerà nel giardino della scuola, proprio venerdì 27 settembre, giornata dedicata al  “3° Global Strike For Future”. Naturalmente alla manifestazione parteciperanno solo studenti e insegnanti Smiling.
Ci focalizzeremo sull‘inquinamento da plastica nei mari, tema già adottato per la nostra settimana internazionale di maggio 2020. 
Le attività che i bambini svolgeranno nelle prossime due giornate daranno il via al progetto che si concluderà con il nostro “World Book Day”.

Fridays for Future has promoted a week, from 20th to 27th of September, to support young people in their effort to help solving climate crisis.
Smiling is taking part promoting a pacific demonstration organised by KS2 and Middle school inside the school’s garden. We will focus on Plastic Oceans, subject that we had already chosen for our International Week. The demonstration will be obviously open only to Smiling’ students and teachers.

Carnevale in Porta Mare!

Martedì 5 marzo la scuola primaria e le sezioni Butterflies hanno festeggiato Carnevale insieme in una Special Assembly in giardino. I bambini hanno lavorato nelle loro squadre per decorare personaggi del Carnevale.

On Tuesday 5th March the Primary and Butteflies celebrated Carnival together with a special assembly in the garden. The children worked in their house teams to decorate characters from the Carnival.

La scuola riapre alla grande!

[:it]Lunedì 17 settembre è iniziato il nuovo anno scolastico; la nostra scuola ha riaperto alla grande con la presentazione agli studenti dell’ala appena restaurata dello storico Palazzo Gulinelli, che ospita il liceo linguistico.

Già salendo il maestoso scalone i ragazzi hanno assaporato l’atmosfera magica di questo magnifico palazzo con i suoi fregi, gli affreschi e i parquet centenari.

Buon anno scolastico![:en]On Monday the 17th a new school year has started. We opened it in style with the inauguration of the refurbished Palazzo Gulinelli, now ready to house our high school students.

As soon as they started walking up the majestic staircase, our pupils got a taste of its magical atmosphere; Palazzo Gulinelli, with its centenary friezes, frescoes and parquetry is truly magnificent! Happy new school year![:]

Martedì 25 settembre si terranno le presentazioni delle programmazioni annuali delle classi prime e seconde della scuola primaria.

  • 2nd grades Giants & Titans
 
Alle 16.45 Caterina aspetterà tutti i genitori in Lunch Room in Corso Porta Mare,117, per introdurre il nuovo anno scolastico.
 
Dalle 17.15 gli insegnanti vi accoglieranno nelle  classi per illustrarvi i programmi.
 
Potete prenotare almeno un giorno prima il servizio di babysitting al costo di € 5/ora a bambino, chiamando il numero +39 0532 757197 o scrivendo a admin@smilingservice.it.
Non potremo accettare bambini non prenotati.
 

Mercoledì 26 settembre si terranno le presentazioni delle programmazioni annuali delle classi terze, quarte e quinte della scuola primaria.
