Coding may sound like a daunting subject, but here at Smiling, even primary school children learn how to do it!
Take a look at our Coding Project, led by teacher Paola Cirelli. In “OOPS! HERE COME THE LOOPS!’, children learned that coding often involves the same action repeated several times. That’s why it’s called a loop!
To create their own loops, students followed a special set of cards with dance moves. Their task was to choose five moves and repeat them in dance. From there, they could go online and practise with further games. The older you are, the harder it gets!
